Bryan Cotter Photography ("we," "I," or "this site") respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using bryancotter.com you agree to the practices described below.
This is a photography and birding website, not a store or membership site, so very little information is collected. The only personal information I receive is what you choose to send me — for example, when you fill out the contact form, you provide your name, email address, and message so I can reply. I do not require you to create an account, and I do not ask for payment information on this site.
This site does not use advertising networks, third-party tracking pixels, or analytics cookies to follow you around the web. I am not building a marketing profile on you. Your visit is simply a visit.
Any information you send is used for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry — whether that's a question about my bird photography, a print or image-licensing request, or a birding tour. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Messages you send reach me directly by email. The only third parties involved are the hosting and email providers that operate the servers needed to deliver your message. They handle it solely to transmit your inquiry to me.
I keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for replying to you and following up. You may ask me at any time to delete the information you have sent.
This site may link to my other websites and to outside resources such as eBird or wildlife organizations. Once you leave bryancotter.com, the privacy practices of those sites are their own, and I encourage you to review them.
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
